strange eats

Back when Alexa was little I decided I wanted to try and be a Discovery Toys rep. And quickly discovered that I am not a sales person. Sure I was able to talk a few friends into purchases but my heart wasn't in it. On the plus side I ended up with a pretty sweet deal on some wonderful toys that are still around.

Some favorites of the twins are the Measure Up Cups, the bean bags from Flip Flop Faces, the bugs from Busy Bugs (cards are long gone but the bugs live on), and a game that I can't remember the name of. It have the body parts for 4 animal: an orange elephant, a pink/yellow zebra, a blue giraffe, and a green lion. You are supposed to roll a die that has pictures of the body part and "build an animal". I think we've done it that way a few times without much success.

However, apparently they make good snacks. As I type this I am surrounded by stacking cups filled with body parts, bean bags, and some food. A very common occurrence when I am trying to do anything on the computer. And of course it can't be around me but right in front of me. I do get the un-subtle message, I choose to ignore it and do a little shuffling.


So remember this. Because when you come to my house I can't guarantee that you won't be served legs of some safari animal with a side of head and bean bag. And yes...in this case they are supposed to be that color.
